Class Evaluation

1. The things I liked about this class was meeting new people. As well as improving my typing skills. I also like how we did a goals planning journal so achieve our goals.

2. Things I did not like about the class was how we did we did the same thing like everyday. Also that we weren't allowed to use phones or listen to music.

3. My recommendations for improving the class is to let us listen to music or if we can recommend music for you to play. Also to change everyday up. For example one day we do student success and one day we don't. Also maybe do more partner projects.

4. Yes, I am reading my Life Goals Journal at least five minutes daily. I like to keep myself updated with my life. I also know that I want to achieve most of my goals and that is why I write more and more.
5. I am committed to be a CTR person 24/7 because you become a better person. Also because when you do good, good will come back. To add on, if you're a good person people will want to be around you more. Doing right will make you feel right.

6. What I learned from this class that I will pass forward to others to teach and help them is to be kind and generous to others. A big one is to be obedient. Also to always choose the right. These things can help people feel better about themselves.

7. Something I will always remember about this class is the great kind people in here. As well as me always choosing the right and carrying my ctr card.

Student Success Statement

'' What's right isn't always popular. What's popular isn't always right.'' Albert Einstein I agree with Albert Einstein, just because you see popular people doing something it ain't always going to be the right thing. Also you shouldn't try to be like someone you're not. Always be you. Now if you don't follow others you must be doing the right. An example to doing the right that isn't popular is going to hospitals and helping out. People might think you're weird or something but you're doing the right. You are also following your heart and being who your are. An example of doing what the ''popular'' people are doing and it isn't right. When you see them doing drugs and drinking alcohol. You might think you're fitting in but you're just hurting yourself. It's not right to follow and try to impress others when you don't want to or it's bad. You should always do whats right for you. ...

Be True

Student Success Statement ''I am not bound to win, but I am bound to be true. I must stand with anybody that stands right, and stand with him while he is right, and part with him when he goes wrong.'' Abraham Lincoln This student success statement is about how you should always be true to yourself and others. When you're true to yourself you show that you respect yourself. You should always stand for what you believe is right. When you stand up for your right/ what you believe in you're being true to yourself. An example of standing for whats right is if your friends want to go smoke and they invite you. Maybe a part of you would want to go because you want to fit in with them but you know its not right. There you are being true to yourself because you know it's wrong so you won't go and join them. Another example is if you're taking a test and your friend asked you form the side to let them copy. You might want to do it because they're ...

Alcoholism Alcoholism is an addiction to the consumption of alcoholic liquor or the mental illness and compulsive behavior resulting from alcohol dependency. Some facts are that according to the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse, almost 80% of high school students have tried alcohol. Alcohol is created when drains, fruits, or vegetables are fermented. When people drink alcohol, its absorbed into their bloodstream. From there it affects the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord), which controls virtually all body functions. Because experts now know that the human brain is still developing during our teens, scientists are researching the effects drinking alcohol can have on the teen brains. Alcohol is a depressant, which means it slows the function of the central nervous system. Alcohol actually blocks some of the messages trying to get to the brain. This alters a persons perceptions, emotions, movement, vision, and hearing. People wh...
