What Dan Dierdorf is saying is that if you choose to do the right thing when it comes to your future you will succeed. Believe in yourself that you will reach your goals and it'll come true. In order to succeed in life you need to be motivated and believe. As well as trying your hardest and choosing the right. An example of doing the wrong when it affects your future is. If you get a scholarship to go to a college when your in high school. That's a good opportunity but you start to steal and do drugs. They will end up taking that away from you. So now you don't have a scholarship and you wont succeed as much. On the other hand, if you have a goal to become a teacher you need to choose the right. Also believe in yourself and don't do anything bad. You will then become successful in the future because you worked hard to get to where you are. So don't loose your chance at any opportunity. Work hard for what you want if you want to be successful.

He decides to work harder to get better. He did get better he later on went to Brigham Young University. He made a big impact on the basketball winning. He broke the record of shooting in basketball in the whole school. So as you can see everything good you do will pay off. An example for this would be life you want to become a teacher. You first need to go to school and study because you won't be able to be one unless you study. If you give up later on it will not be payed off. Student Success Statement ''Being a c-t-r person isn't always easy, but it's the best person you can be.'' Diana Beltran What this means is that being a ctr person isn't always easy but you should try to be one still. Being a ctr person will make you a better you. It will teach you how to better yourself. Also being a ctr will make people want to be with you because they know you're a good person. An example of someone being a ctr person is helping out the community by picking up trash around. Another example of being a ctr person is if someone ask you to help them out with a project to tutoring. That is being a ctr person because you're being kind and helping them out.
