You should always have confidence in doing what is right.When you have confidence you become a better person. People tend to want to be around you more. Believe in yourself and your self esteem will increase. Some examples of showing confidence is when you have a presentation. You should present it with having good posture and believing in yourself, and you will ace it. Another example is if you have a job interview and you're really nervous just take deep breaths and believe in yourself. Walking in there with a smile on your face and be presentable. Not only will you get a good impression but they will notice that your confidence level is well being and if you really believe you can get that job you might get it. Having confidence will make you feel better about yourself. Feel confident in your own skin and the way you look. Having confidence will also boost your energy. Once you have confidence whatever negative comment you hear about yourself won't let it affect you.

Nelson What Russel Nelson is saying is that you shouldn't always copy and do the same thing everyone else is doing because you never know if something is wrong. An example of this is, if you see people cheating on a test. You will then do it too but its doing the wrong. Its wrong to cheat because once you cheat you will never stop and its not right.
