There are many ways you can become a better person. Some ways are so be kind and caring. When you're in school you should be polite to everyone. You shouldn't cheat or lie. When you're outside of school you should be responsible and respect others. Doing these things will not only make you a better person but you'll have better character.We saw a video where this lady wanted to become a nurse but she didn't have the money to pay for her studies. She worked in a restaurant and you met this one man who wanted to help her out. He insisted in paying her school billings. He asked her 3 times and she said yes. She then became a nurse and they sill visit each other. This old man probably felt the need to help her because she is a good person and he noticed that. You can build character doing the smallest things.

A choice: Poverty or Prosperity ''I hated poverty. Poverty is more of a choice than anything else, and I can change that (poverty). It depends upon how hard I want to work, and I decided that I would change it.'' Dr. Ben Carson What Dr. Ben Carson is trying to say is poverty is not a big deal. Its okay if you live with poverty. But if you dislike poverty then you should change that by working really hard. The only way you will change poverty is by having a good education. Education is key because without it you wouldn't be able to get a good job. Plus, you must know your stuff and you must work really hard. For example, Dr. Ben Carson lived in poverty. Now he did not like it but he said that he wanted to change that. He was also not a very good student in his class. Then he started to study more and read and sooner or later he started to study to be a surgeon. After being a surgeon he decided to run for presidential candidate. SO now hes not in poverty anym...

Student Success Statement ''When you Tell One Lie, it leads to Another'' Paul Hatch Today we learned about Paul Hatch quote/statement, ''When you tell one lie, it leads to another.'' This quote is telling you that you should speak the truth because it's the right thing to do. Even if you get in trouble when you speak the truth it's still good that at least you didn't lie. An example of this statement is when you steal a sweet and your mom or dad ask you where you got it from and you say you bought it or your friend gave it to you. You are basically telling a lie and coming up with another. Telling one lie and then leading to another is like if you're trying to cover it up. You can never cover one lie up because it's going to come out someway or another. Lying isn't good at all. You're not just lying to someone, you are also lying to yourself. So choose the right and don't lie.

Thanksgiving Week This Thanksgiving I didn't really do much. During the week I went out with my best friend to the pacific and we went to stores and tried on clothes. On Thanksgiving day my aunt and cousins came to my house and we ate posole. Then when it was like 10 they left and I went with my mom to target for black Friday. It was packed and there was a long waiting line for when you pay. We were there until midnight. I was very tired. What I mostly did at home since I didn't really go out was be on my phone and watch Netflix and eat. The show that I'm currently watching on Netflix is called '' Rebelde''. This show is about teenage kids who are living there life to the fullest. There are also drama and romantic scenes. The show is from Mexico City. In the week I also watched movies with my family. Some movies that we watched were Elf, Baby Boss, and many more. I also finished reading the book called ''the perks of being a wallflower''. ...
