X-Ray Technician

Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise efficient treatment for patients and conduct appropriate diagnosis for patients. Maintain and perform regular inspection on all x-ray equipment. Monitor equipment's and ensure clean equipment's to perform appropriate diagnosis. Manage and ensure efficient disposal of various waste material. Evaluate all x-ray films and coordinate with physicians on same. Assist patients with abnormal x-ray finding and provide results to physicians for appropriate evaluation. Ensure and maintain records of x-ray films and associate cassettes.

Salary: $54,000

Education: Need a degree in radiology as well as state license yo gain employment. Requirements for license vary by state. They also can earn voluntary certification through the American Registry of Radio logic Technologists (ARRT).
