Student Success Statement

''I have been asked what I mean by 'word of honor.' I will tell you: Place me behind prison walls-walls of stone ever so high, ever so thick, reaching ever so far into the ground-there is a possibility that in some way or another I might be able to escape; but stand me on the floor and draw a chalk line around me and have me give my word or honor never to cross it. Can I get out of that circle? No, never! I'd die first.''

 Having honor is very important. When you show honor it shows the type of person you are. You can show honor in your everyday life. It also affects you in school. An example for when you're at school is when your friend asked you if you can help them with their homework at 3:00 pm in the library. Its your choice to show them honor by going to the library and meeting them. If you don't show up that just being rude and not showing honor. An example of how you show honor in everyday life is when your parents ask you if you could wash the dishes. They are counting on you to do them. Once you do them they will be happy and proud of you. That is showing honor. When you show honor it describes the kind of person you are. Don't be afraid of showing honor. You're doing the right by being honorable. Choose the right and be honorable and dedicated. You will feel good once you've done it.

Salary: $58,960 Education: Associate's degree or a bachelor's degree Demand or Need for Profession:   interpersonal skills logic skills technical skills communication skills Reflection: This career does interest me because you get to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. Also because you get to do a lot of exams and diagnostics on patients. Plus it seems like a good career to have.

Forgive

Student Success Statement ''When a deep injury is done us, we never recover until we forgive.'' Alan Paton What Alan Paton is saying is that forgiveness is healing. It's important to forgive. Once you forgive you feel better about yourself. You also feel more peaceful. An example is that if you and your brother had a big fight and it hurt you. You should still forgive him because no matter how long ago that fight was from he's still your brother. Plus once you forgive him you won't be angry at him anymore. Another example is if someone was once drunk driving and they crash a car. They will go to jail and then if the car was broken really badly the owners will be very angry at the person. But sooner or later if the person ask for forgiveness they should forgive them. Because if they beg for your forgiveness or not it shows that they care and they truly feel sorry. Plus you'll feel better once you forgive them.
