What Tyler Haws is saying is that when you work hard for something you will achieve goodness. Always try your best. You should never give up on something you want to accomplish or achieve. For example, Tyler got kicked out of his team when he was in 3th grade. He decides to work harder to get better. He did get better he later on went to Brigham Young University. He made a big impact on the basketball winning. He broke the record of shooting in basketball in the whole school. So as you can see everything good you do will pay off. An example for this would be life you want to become a teacher. You first need to go to school and study because you won't be able to be one unless you study. If you give up later on it will not be payed off. On the other hand if you keep on trying and you never give up then you will achieve it. Always do good and you will get goodness back.

Alcoholism Alcoholism is an addiction to the consumption of alcoholic liquor or the mental illness and compulsive behavior resulting from alcohol dependency. Some facts are that according to the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse, almost 80% of high school students have tried alcohol.
