What Rachel Castillo is saying is that if you do something good you'll live good. One you'll feel good about yourself.

Two you'll feel happy. Three you'll get something in return for doing whats right. If the return is not financially then you will get it sooner or later by god. So in return good will come. An example to this quote is if you see an old lady and she needs help crossing because shes blind. And you choose to help her cross the street that's choosing the right. You're taking you're own time to help someone in need. Once you guys cross and she says thank you. You might not get anything in return from them but something good will happen to you. Another example is if you're walking and the person in front of you drops there money like $50 on floor and then you pick them up. Its good to say hey and give it back to them. They would probably feel relief that someone good gave the money back. So always choose the right because good will come back.

Diana Beltran What this means is that being a ctr person isn't always easy but you should try to be one still. Being a ctr person will make you a better you. It will teach you how to better yourself.
