Student Success Statement
''When you Tell One Lie, it leads to Another''
Paul Hatch

Today we learned about Paul Hatch quote/statement, ''When you tell one lie, it leads to another.'' This quote is telling you that you should speak the truth because it's the right thing to do. Even if you get in trouble when you speak the truth it's still good that at least you didn't lie. An example of this statement is when you steal a sweet and your mom or dad ask you where you got it from and you say you bought it or your friend gave it to you. You are basically telling a lie and coming up with another. Telling one lie and then leading to another is like if you're trying to cover it up. You can never cover one lie up because it's going to come out someway or another. Lying isn't good at all. You're not just lying to someone, you are also lying to yourself. So choose the right and don't lie.

Cheat

Student Success Statement  ''I won't cheat'' Dale Murphy Dale Murphy showed people how it is bad to cheat. People shouldn't cheat. If you try to take the short cut you'll be wrong. Somethings you might cheat on are test or quizzes. Also in races or games. Today we saw an example of someone cheating in a running race by using a motorcycle to help him win. He didn't do what was right. You shouldn't cheat because cheating will bring you nowhere. When you cheat you won't truly accomplish what you wanted to. Cheating will bring you misery. No one should ever cheat in anything. Everyone would accomplish something on their own with no one to help help them. You won't learn anything when you cheat. You cheating will be disrespectful to yourself and to the person you might have copied from. You will be choosing the wrong if you cheat.

Being a ctr person will make you a better you. It will teach you how to better yourself. Also being a ctr will make people want to be with you because they know you're a good person. Another example of being a ctr person is if someone ask you to help them out with a project to tutoring. That is being a ctr person because you're being kind and helping them out. Now at home you can be a ctr person by helping out and taking out the trash or helping wash the dishes. Being a ctr person may take time but it will be worth it because you'll become a better person. Some ways of being a ctr person is by showing empathy, obedience, pat...
