Student Success Statement

The 3 Questions:

1. Can people trust me to do whats right?
2. Am I committed to doing my very best?
3. Do I treat people the way I want to be treated?
''If the answers to these questions are YES, there is no way you can fail.''
-Lou Holtz

Today in this student success statement we are learning about the 3 questions. These questions are about seeing what kind of person you are. Even if you don't get yes to all the questions you don't fail. You don't fail because you're still allowed to change that and be good. Everyone, in general, can answer these questions. An example to the first question is if you're a good person and your friends ask you if you could take care of their stuff while they go to the restroom, it's like asking yourself if you can do that for them. If you can then that answers your first question. An example of question 2 is if you are willing to try your very best. So if you're taking a test but you don't really understand one problem you ask yourself if you're willing to keep on trying and if you are then that answers your question for number 2. Lastly, an example of question 3 is if you are willing to be nice to others and treat others the way you want to be treated.

''I trust that my hard work will pay off,'' Tyler Haws Brigham Young University Basketball Player Mormon Church Missionary What Tyler Haws is saying is that when you work hard for something you will achieve goodness. Always try your best. You should never give up on something you want to accomplish or achieve. For example, Tyler got kicked out of his team when he was in 3th grade. He decides to work harder to get better. He did get better he later on went to Brigham Young University. He made a big impact on the basketball winning. He broke the record of shooting in basketball in the whole school. So as you can see everything good you do will pay off. An example for this would be life you want to become a teacher. You first need to go to school and study because you won't be able to be one unless you study. If you give up later on it will not be payed off. On the other hand if you keep on trying and you never give up then you will achieve it. Alw

Being a ctr person will make you a better you. It will teach you how to better yourself. Also being a ctr will make people want to be with you because they know you're a good person. An example of someone being a ctr person is helping out the community by picking up trash around. Another example of being a ctr person is if someone ask you to help them out with a project to tutoring. That is being a ctr person because you're being kind and helping them out. Now at home you can be a ctr person by helping out and taking out the trash or helping wash the dishes. Being a ctr person may take time but it will be worth it because you'll become a better person. Some ways of being a ctr person is by showing empathy, obedience, pat
